What a beautiful morning it was today for a walk! This crew are definitely making the most of this beautiful weather and catching up for a stroll (almost running for some that you will spot miles ahead of the rest of us!) and a chat. It isn't about how far, or how fast you can walk - but getting out and enjoying some sunshine and a social chat can work wonders on the soul.
